Dinner for ACC Private Chefs 2 new clients, Happy Anniversary celebrated with canapés of Cured Scallop Ceviche roasted plantain.

Caramelized Scallop, onion jam pineapple vinaigrette .

“Korean BBQ”, bulgogi marinated skirt steak, tallow confit carrot, pearl onion, avocado, ginger sesame bordelaise served with lettuce leaves.

“Baked Alaska”, wine and sunburnt basil poached pear, coconut sugar meringue, fresh berries
