Our staff is truly top tier — and we can’t take all the credit ourselves. Bree and Naomi, who both started with us at just 14, now help set up beautiful buffet displays like seasoned pros. Smoke, Dre, and Jesshuan have all stood strong beside Chef in the kitchen, while I’ve held it down in the front of the house.

We was established in 2008, and since day one, we’ve been committed to teaching young people and those with no experience how to thrive in this industry. Our team has grown up with us — and many of them still donate their time during community giveaways because they believe in the vision: creating unforgettable events and delivering top-notch customer service.

We’ve now been rooted in Midtown for 17 years — and it all started with a simple pop-up tent on the corner on Second and Keech. Along the way, we’ve built more than a business; we’ve built a family, a legacy, and a movement. We are forever greatful.. remember this is a marathon not a race!
