We are the evolution of entertainment, providing service and support from today until honeymoon. Our innovative outlook and respect for time honored traditions is the new standard for wedding entertainment. To ensure this we provide two professionals at each reception. A DJ to play music and make sure the volume, selection, and content is appropriate for every event and an Emcee to make all announce and keep track of the schedule and all other vendors so you don’t have too! This means when one of our professional Emcees asks if you are ready for the first dance he/she has already prepared the photographer, videographer, and/or other vendors. We take care of these things because you shouldn’t have to! It’s your day to enjoy, our day to work. We will already know your vision for the day and all details for every event. Included in every option is a face to face meeting where we sit down and go over every detail. From approximate times to specifics songs we get it all at the face to face meeting. When you into the room for the first time on that special day take a deep breath and relax. Legacy Event Group will make your vision a reality. We also have free online tools will help plan your event and customize the music. Our online planning forms and event timelines will give you a great start in getting an outline for your big day. The online music tools with help you choose perfect songs for all your events. The Music Database tab will take you to an endless number of songs to look through. There you can create a play and don’t play list with just a click of the mouse. We also offer an online guest request list so any of your guests can log on to our web site and request songs for your reception. But don’t worry, this day is reserved for the bride and groom and you guys have the final say with all music requests. Legacy Event Group is not just DJ company. 🍸 Art + Mixology + Precise Lighting = The ultimate night out masterpiece. 🎨✨

We had a blast providing production for Culture Works ARTini event at the Dayton Masonic Center! Bringing together local mixologists and visual artists is cool enough on its own, but making sure their creations literally shine takes the right technical setup.

To give this massive, historic ballroom the exact vibe it needed, we deployed a two-part lighting design:

💜 Vibrant Purple Uplighting: We drenched the grand columns and architecture in rich color to set an upscale, moody backdrop.
🎯 Precision Pin Spotting: Then we aimed crisp, focused beams directly onto the artist stations and tasting tables so every cocktail and piece of art popped under the spotlight!

Huge shoutout to CultureWorks for supporting local Dayton creatives and putting on an incredible event.

The glow-up is real! Benham's Grove completely transformed their event space, and last week was our first wedding back since the redesign 😍

Between the floor-to-ceiling glass, architectural wood beams, and classic outdoor ceremony garden, every corner of this venue lends itself to a photogenic memory of someone's special day.

Had the privilege of working 's Intern Capstone. Corporate A/V is always interesting because you are in a new environment to learn every day. It was illuminating watching the next generation of young adults solving complex problems involving supply chain, customer service, and utilizing new technologies within your business. They had to present to the big bosses of the company, but luckily they had a great stage to do it on. Our Christie is the perfect projector for Eichelberger Hall but just in case, we threw a few TVs up to flank the group for those in the back.

El is a super talented member of the Tune Squad, being able to cover any base needed whether it's hosting the party as emcee, laying the tunes down as a DJ, or teching for a corporate event. They are also a wildly creative musician playing just about any instrument you put in their hands. El we hope today is a beautiful day and are grateful for all you do with the team!
