A DJ to play music and make sure the volume, selection, and content is appropriate for every event and an Emcee to make all announ

ce and keep track of the schedule and all other vendors so you don’t have too! This means when one of our professional Emcees asks if you are ready for the first dance he/she has already prepared the photographer, videographer, and/or other vendors. We take care of these things because you shouldn’t have to! It’s your day to enjoy, our day to work. We will already know your vision for the day and all details for every event. Included in every option is a face to face meeting where we sit down and go over every detail. From approximate times to specifics songs we get it all at the face to face meeting. When you into the room for the first time on that special day take a deep breath and relax. Legacy Event Group will make your vision a reality. We also have free online tools will help plan your event and customize the music. Our online planning forms and event timelines will give you a great start in getting an outline for your big day. The online music tools with help you choose perfect songs for all your events. The Music Database tab will take you to an endless number of songs to look through. There you can create a play and don’t play list with just a click of the mouse. We also offer an online guest request list so any of your guests can log on to our web site and request songs for your reception. But don’t worry, this day is reserved for the bride and groom and you guys have the final say with all music requests. Legacy Event Group is not just DJ company. We are the entertainment solution for your event. We work hard to make sure everything is perfect, so you don’t have to.

We had a blast taking part in Dayton Masonic Center's 100 year celebration this past weekend. We were all over the building that day with sound systems and a photobooth but we wanted to highlight the theater and show off the beautiful triptychs that flank the auditorium we were tasked with uplighting during the day's festivities.

A lot of history has happened in this building and we are just grateful to be a part of this last couple chapters of it. Happy birthday to one of Dayton's finest.

On a serious note from this afternoon's post, they say teamwork makes the dream work, but the Legacy team takes it to a whole new level. ✨

This past week, our incredible crew successfully executed six weddings, as well as the A/V for a community celebration, a fashion show, a corporate meeting, and a private event at an airport hangar. Behind every packed dance floor and perfectly timed announcement is a dedicated team of professionals who give their all to ensure our couples have the night of their lives. These photos were just a couple of the scenes we found ourselves in across the Miami Valley and beyond.

To all our DJs, emcees and techs: thank you for your relentless work ethic, your talent, and your commitment to excellence. You represent the Legacy name perfectly.

Alright this was a fun one!

We love flexing our A/V muscles and this quick room flip for a wedding last weekend at Dayton Arcade was a fun challenge. After Weddings InStyle set a beautiful scene in the Rotunda we were asked to provide pin spotlights for the family tables, as well as provide a booth for the DJ. We teamed with The Light Fantastic to turn the Arcade into a club for a night with a top tier sound and light system and you can see our very own Kayelyn running things during the wedding. It's beautiful to see so many people coming together to make a couple's special day and we wish nothing but a lifetime of happiness to Casey & Vishnu.

No matter the size, Legacy has the solution.

We recently had the privilege of working with a couple who had a very intimate ceremony at the AC Hotel downtown. Using 10" PA Speakers and an even smaller "Executive" PA we were able to make sure everything was heard clearly without blowing out the spaces with too much sound.
