This we’re going back to very start!

Every story has a beginning and ours started all the way back in 1929. Follow us along our journey that’s almost 90 years in the making.

The Dayton architectural firm of Schenck & Williams designed our building, which was then known as the Mutual Home Building. Schenck & Williams also designed Hawthorn Hill and the Engineers’ Club of Dayton.

Here they’re breaking ground and preparing for the foundation and Dayton’s first underground parking garage.

Fun Fact: The Empire State Building was built the same year as our building. While it is much taller than Liberty Tower, they are both great examples of ‘Setback’ Art Deco architecture. In fact, Liberty Tower is Dayton’s only example of Setback art Deco design.

The stately ballroom makes for an eye-catching backdrop for your event, while all of our other spaces give you room host and entertain.

The Director’s Room is perfect for breakout sessions along with The Mezzanine. The Mezzanine Bar works great for workshops, lunch and learns, or for cocktail hour.

The Vault provides a fun chill space or photo op, while our dressing suite make for a great green room for speakers to rest and prep.

We also have our fun new bonus space called Twenty Grande for additional meeting space or to host a quaint dinner party.

✨And, the best part...our weekday rental prices are SUPER budget-friendly!!!✨
