For the woman who has been saying “someday”… This is your nudge.

For a limited time, when you book your bo***ir session in one of the remaining 2026 spots, you’ll receive a $300 credit toward your collection.

That means you can use the credit toward the images and artwork you fall in love with after your session.

Because I know the hardest part is often taking the first step. Not because you don’t want this.

But because you’re nervous. Or busy. Or waiting to feel more confident. Or waiting for your body to change. Or waiting for the perfect time to magically appear.

And if you’ve been here for the last week, you already know how I feel about “someday.”

You do not have to be fearless to book.
You do not have to know how to pose.
You do not have to wait until you feel perfect.
You can start with a conversation.

This offer is available for a limited number of new bookings. Send me a message or schedule your complimentary phone consultation, and we’ll talk through what your session could look like.

POV: you went to the store for studio props and accidentally found the Build-A-Husband section.

Now I just need to figure out which basket comes with a 6’4” man who looks like Alexander Skarsgård.

Photography prop shopping is getting weird.

I keep thinking about the women who tell me they’ve wanted to book a bo***ir session for years. Not weeks. Not months. Years.

And it’s almost never because they don’t want it. It’s because they’re waiting.

Waiting to lose weight.
Waiting to feel more confident.
Waiting for life to slow down.
Waiting until they feel less nervous.
Waiting until it feels easier to choose themselves.

And listen… I get it. But at some point, “someday” starts taking things from us.

Next week, I’m opening up a limited booking incentive for the women who are ready to stop waiting and at least start the conversation. No pressure. No weird salesy nonsense. Just a little extra nudge if this has been on your mind.

My VIP group and email list will hear about it first. So if you’ve been quietly thinking, “maybe this is something I want,” keep an eye out. If you aren't in the group yet, just comment GROUP and I'll send you the link to join.

Sometimes being “ready” doesn’t look like feeling completely confident.

Sometimes it looks like being tired of putting yourself last.
Sometimes it looks like realizing you’re always the one taking the photos, but rarely the one in them.
Sometimes it looks like a birthday, a divorce, an anniversary, a body that’s changed, a new chapter, or a quiet little voice that keeps saying, “I think I want to do this.”

You don’t have to book a bo***ir session because you feel fearless. You don’t have to wait until you lose weight. You don’t have to know how to pose. You don’t have to have the perfect outfit. And you definitely don’t have to wait until life slows down, because honestly… when does that ever happen?

A lot of women book because they’re nervous but curious.
Because they want to feel like themselves again.
Because they want to do something that is completely for them.
Because they’ve thought about it more than once and keep coming back to the idea.

Maybe that’s enough. Maybe being ready isn’t about having zero nerves. Maybe being ready is finally deciding you don’t want to keep pushing yourself to “someday.”

Thinking about a new logo.. what do you think?

F**k Buc-ee's... you brought your store to an area that has a city named BEAVERCREEK. Where a ton of businesses have Beaver in the name, or a Beaver in their logo. Now you want to sue? Don't be a fu***ng bully.

One year. At the end of July, Cara officially hit one year as my assistant, and honestly... I don’t know how I managed without her.

She jumped into this crazy business, learned more than I could have asked, keeps me organized, makes clients feel comfortable, and somehow still puts up with my random ideas and constant “wait... one more thing.”

The best part? Finding someone who matches your energy. Someone who’s willing to laugh with you, dance around the studio, celebrate your clients, and somehow knows exactly what you’re thinking before you even say it.

I got really lucky. Happy one year, Cara. Here’s to many more!

You don’t have to show up to a bo***ir session already feeling confident.

You can show up nervous.
You can show up saying, “I have no idea what I’m doing.”
You can show up worried about your arms, your stomach, your face, your age, your posing, your outfits, or the fact that you haven’t been photographed professionally in years.

That is all normal. My job is not to throw you in front of a camera and hope for the best. My job is to guide you through the entire experience. Wardrobe. Posing. Expression. Hands. Chin. Shoulders. Breathing. All of it.

You do not need to know how to model.
You do not need to be fearless.
You do not need to wait until the “someday” version of yourself shows up.

You just need to be open to seeing yourself differently.

If bo***ir has been on your mind, let’s talk through what your session could look like. Comment below with one thing you’d be nervous about, or send me a message if you’d rather ask privately.

Most women don’t avoid bo***ir because they don’t want it. They avoid it because they’ve convinced themselves they’re not ready.

Not thin enough.
Not young enough.
Not confident enough.
Not sexy enough.
Not photogenic enough.

And honestly? That breaks my heart a little because the women who are the most nervous are often the ones who need this experience the most. Not because photos fix everything. But because sometimes you need to see yourself in a way that is softer, kinder, stronger, and more honest than the way you’ve been seeing yourself in the mirror.

You do not have to lose weight first.
You are not too old.
You do not have to know what to do.
You do not have to wear anything that feels wrong for you.
And this does not have to be for anyone but you.

I wrote more about these 5 myths on the blog recently. If one of these has been holding you back, I hope you read it. And if you know a woman who keeps putting herself last, send this to her.

I hear the same things from women all the time.

“I need to lose weight first.”
“I’m too old.”
“I’d be way too awkward.”
“I wouldn’t know what to wear.”
“I’m not confident enough.”

And I get it. Bo***ir can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve spent years avoiding the camera or putting everyone else first. But most women don’t book because they already feel completely confident. A lot of them book because they’re ready to feel that way again.

I recently posted a new blog: The 5 Biggest Myths About Bo***ir Photography — and it’s for every woman who has been curious, nervous, interested, secretly wanting to do it, and then immediately talking herself out of it.

Because you do not have to wait until you feel perfect.
You do not have to know how to pose.
You do not have to be 25.
You do not have to wear something that doesn’t feel like you.
And you definitely do not have to earn the right to be photographed beautifully.

Read the blog, then tell me this: Which myth has been the loudest in your head?

So many women tell me some version of the same thing: “I wish I would have done this years ago.” But here is what I want you to know.

You are not late.
Your body changing does not mean you missed your chance. Aging, motherhood, weight changes, stress, grief, divorce, healing, and life do not disqualify you from being photographed beautifully.

Actually, those are often the exact reasons a session becomes so meaningful. Bo***ir after 40 is not about trying to look 25 again. It is about honoring the woman you are right now.

Which one of these thoughts has ever crossed your mind?
