Join us on Saturday, September 6th, from 2-4pm for an afternoon steeped in Victorian splendor, with live harp music by Leah Estes and a traditional three-course tea.
Guests may also take part in a guided tour of our historic Victorian mansion at 3:30 pm for a suggested donation of $10.

Take a guided tour of our historic Victorian mansion, circa 1850! Learn about the building's history and the founding women who were community leaders and used The Dayton Woman's Club to promote music, art, education, civil rights, and suffrage.

House tours are given on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 1pm. We kindly request a $10 donation per person, and reservations are required.

Join us at The Dayton Woman's Club on Saturday, September 6th from 2-4pm for a lovely afternoon steeped in Victorian splendor.

Guests will enjoy the soothing sounds of live harp music performed by Leah Estes, a classically trained harpist and pianist with deep roots in the Dayton music community. Leah has performed with the Dayton Philharmonic and Springfield Symphony Orchestra, bringing grace and artistry to every performance.

A traditional three-course tea service will be served, featuring delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and elegant sweets—all paired with a curated selection of fine teas.

We invite you to relax, connect, and savor the experience in the warm ambiance of our historic mansion.

Men are welcome at the Dayton Woman’s Club! Despite our name, we are open to everyone regardless of gender. Our venue is fully accessible, with a ramp entrance and accommodations to welcome guests of all abilities.

Join us at The Dayton Woman's Club on Thursday, July 24th from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm for our history presentation, "Memories of the Homefront: Dayton During World War II."

Take a step back in time as we explore life in Dayton during one of the most pivotal eras in modern history. In this engaging presentation, local historian Andrew Hershner brings to life the stories, images, and atmosphere of Dayton from 1941 to 1945. Discover how the “City of a Thousand Factories” mobilized to support the war effort, transforming neighborhoods and industries along the way.

Andrew will also showcase rare artifacts from his personal Dayton collection, offering a tangible glimpse into the past that you won’t want to miss.

$15 per person. Optional boxed dinners available for an additional $15.

Andrew Hershner is a widely respected "Daytonologist" and a walking encyclopedia of local history. Known for his deep passion and encyclopedic knowledge of the Miami Valley’s past, Andrew is a sought-after speaker who delivers insightful and entertaining presentations on every chapter of Dayton’s story—from its industrial boom years to its cultural and civic transformations.

As co-administrator with Robert Roberson of the popular “History of the Daytonians” Facebook group, Andrew fosters a thriving community of history enthusiasts and shares regular content that brings Dayton’s legacy into the spotlight. We had the pleasure of hosting the talented Creative Quilters Guild of Centerville at the Dayton Woman’s Club May High Tea. Presenters Susan Oiler and Jane Perri shared their incredibly artistic and imaginative quilts—each one a story stitched with heart and creativity. 💖
Guests enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with beautiful china, delicious treats, and all the classic high tea favorites. It was the perfect mix of creativity, conversation, and comfort! 🍰
