Long post but I need to share some good news and bad news about my Etsy listings and pricing due to the tariffs.
Good news first is that I have added some more Etsy listings and they all can now be personalized for the perfect gift. Please check out the listings and let me know if you have any questions. I will be adding more products soon as we get closer to the holidays, too.
The bad news is I had to increase the price on a few of the items due to the tariffs. I even took a few of the sweatshirts off because they increased so much. Some of the items listed are sourced outside the US. I do try to pick sourcing from countries without human rights violations. I do realize that statement is a bit hypocritical with what is going on in our current US administration. Trying not to make this a political post just stating the facts so please keep the negative comments to yourself. I am an artist just trying to support my family the best that I can while making my work affordable for my customers.
My canvas pricing will remain the same for the time being. I have been buying my canvases through Blick in Columbus which is family owned. I will be keeping an eye on the canvases and paints pricing but I have enough supplies to get me by for a little while. Also if you are local to Dayton, Ohio please reach out to me directly instead of through Etsy if you would like a canvas done. I can take the shipping cost off then for the canvas work and I have more sizes available than what shows on Etsy.
