🚨🤯 BONNAROO WAS ABSOLUTELY INSANE! 🤯🚨

⚡🌊 Taking our 40-foot tall, 105-foot long Blue Lightning Water Slide to Bonnaroo was hands down one of the coolest things we’ve ever done. 🌊⚡

For 4 straight days 🎶☀️🍻, we watched THOUSANDS of people race down Tennessee’s biggest water slide, cool off, laugh, scream, and make memories they’ll never forget. The energy was unreal from sunup to sundown! 🙌🔥

🌈🎵 The vibes were immaculate.
🤘 The people were amazing.
💙 The staff was incredible.
🎉 The experience was unforgettable.

A few years ago, Monkey Town Inflatables was just an idea. Now we’re hauling a 40-foot, 105-foot monster water slide to one of the biggest music festivals in the world. 🤯💜💛

Monkey Town Inflatables is officially set up at Bonnaroo with our MASSIVE 40-foot-tall, 105-foot-long Blue Lightning Dual Lane Water Slide! 💦⚡

This isn’t your average water slide—it’s one of the biggest inflatable water slides in Tennessee and it’s ready to cool people off all weekend long. With dual racing lanes, huge drops, and over 100 feet of sliding action, this thing is an absolute monster!

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join the Monkey Town Inflatables team!

Starting Pay: $15/hour
Bonuses Available
Opportunities for Raises & Advancement

This position is part-time, but could become full-time depending on your availability, work ethic, and performance.

Requirements:

✅ Must be available to work weekends
✅ Must be able to work early mornings and late nights when needed
✅ Must be willing to work most holidays (our busiest times of the year)
✅ Must have reliable transportation
✅ Must be able to lift and move heavy inflatable equipment
✅ Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
✅ Must be willing to learn and take direction
✅ Must pay close attention to detail and follow directions carefully
✅ Must be a team player and work well with others

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Delivering, setting up, and picking up inflatables
* Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment
* Assisting with foam parties, festivals, school events, church events, and private parties
* Representing Monkey Town Inflatables in a professional and friendly manner

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. We can teach the job. We can’t teach reliability, honesty, attention to detail, or teamwork.

The most important thing we’re looking for is someone who can be part of a team. We work long days together, help each other out, and take pride in doing things the right way. If you’re not a team player, this probably isn’t the job for you.

If you’re the type of person who shows up on time, works hard, follows directions, pays attention to the details, and wants an opportunity to grow with a local business, we’d love to hear from you.
