I get asked all the time why hire a coordinator? What do you actually do? Is it worth the
money? Those answers are simple…
Why hire a coordinator? - So you AND your family can actually enjoy the day while we
handle the stressful parts
What do you actually do? – So much behind the scenes…and that’s the point! A coordinator
should be handling the last-minute vendor communication to verify everyone shows up,
timeline creation, floor plans and checking in with you before the day even arrives. The day
of, they handle the complete ex*****on of a timeline from directing guests and vendors to
conducting the bridal party throughout the day. Face it, you should not be answering
questions on YOUR WEDDING DAY!
Is it worth the money? – I love this question because there is no better way to answer it
other than you get what you pay for! When you hire a coordinator, you are hiring their
knowledge and experience. So instead of asking about the cost, ask about their experience.
What knowledge do they have?? After 7 years in the weddings industry and over 150
weddings, I have learned so many tips, tricks and coordination knowledge I bring to my
packages that I obviously cannot include in every PDF list. I’ve had so many families and
couples at the end comment how hands-off or enjoyable their day was simply because
they didn’t have to worry about the small details!
We understand we are living in a world of DIYs and who doesn’t love the experience of
