I always forget how much I miss tulips and the locally grown ranunculus after they are done for the spring 🌷🌷🌷
In a perfect world, I would get to use all of my favorite flowers at the same time, but there’s something special to having to wait for them- it’s much more exciting.

Let’s talk boutonnières and if you really need them or not!
Boutonnières for the whole groomsmen party- fathers, grandfathers, ushers, officiant (etc) has been a pretty traditional order in past years. Are these really necessary? In my humble opinion, no.
Boutonnières aren’t expensive on their own, but when you start giving one to everyone, they can add up. If you are on a tight budget, slimming down the personal florals is the first place I go. Keep the focus on you and your partner! While boutonnières are a sweet gesture, they are least noticed, photographed and often damaged before ceremony time.
I have yet to receive a photo gallery back where there isn’t a moment of silly boys messing around for photos and all I see is squished and battered boutonnières. 😂 You deserve to have those moments without having to worry about the florals.
I’m not here to say I won’t make your whole family boutonnières- I absolutely will if that is what you want and it’s in your budget! Just here to offer my opinion in this (often overwhelming) wedding world. Every couple is different with different wants and needs and I’m always happy to chat it through with you to see what is best for your special day.
