People spend a lot of time preparing for the wedding and not the marriage. A wedding is one day, a marriage can be a lifetime. Note: I have been an ordained minister for nearly 10 years. I have a Master of Divinity from the Candler School of Theology in Atlanta, GA. Part of this training included coursework in Pastoral Care. I am NOT licensed therapist and do NOT provide therapy services. Therapy

may be another important aspect of marriage health. My services are NOT intended to replace therapy or medical professionals.

I prayed this prayer over my chapel before the remodel started. The journey to the chapel opening has been a beautiful one. I prayed for all involved to be safe, well and welcomed. I want the Charming Chapel to be a place where love (stories) is celebrated and transformational.

This process has been just that. I have so much on my heart. But I’m grateful that my prayers of inclusivity, well-being, and love are being answered 🫶🏾

This special couple relishes in their love for one another because it is a place of acceptance, healing and deep trust. They’ve not only found someone who gets them, they’ve found with each other a safe place when they don’t get themselves.

When asked why they wanted to be a part of this occasion, they saw it as a wonderful opportunity to start off their next chapter supporting a small business. They care about the community.

Tomorrow they are doing things their way. Intimate, personal, creative, funky, and supportive.
