was a BLAST!!! 💥 We had a full smoker all WEEK in preparation to feed their 5K participants! Well over 1,000 pounds of pork!! 😳 we love helping our local organizations raise money for our community. It’s nice to do it OUR WAY; through our delicious pork!

BACON DAY!!!!! We tagged and bagged these delicious goodies; Candied bacon wrapped in croissants! Candied bacon bits & toffee! And good ‘ole candied bacon! These drool worthy bags will be handed out at the IL State Capitol by our friends! Hope they enjoy them as much as we did!! Happy Bacon Day, Friends!!!

When our legislators hit the Capital City, we are BUSY! BUSY! BUSY! 8 & 10 events a day 🤩 We start with breakfast and brunches, and don’t stop until late night hors d’oeuvres receptions. We are all over the place, and it’s great to have to help us host as well. Long days. Short nights. Our team is AMAZING, and they always bring their skills… sometimes we get slappy and silly from lack of sleep, but we feel honored to be trusted with these events.

When we say fire roasted, we mean with wood real fire. It’s our dedication to doing things the right way. To respect the quality ingredients and to coax the flavor that only real wood fire can create. Sometimes that means spending a couple of extra hours just to make sure that it was done over fire and so that it tastes its best. We could’ve done it much faster, but it wouldn’t have been at its peak flavor. It’s our way of making simple ingredients delicious. No effects needed.
