We’re firing things up with a fresh batch of our house-made pork & vegetable egg rolls, and our pulled pork and baby back ribs will be coming off the smoker throughout the day.

And by popular demand… Mac & Cheese is back for the weekend! 🧀

This weekend’s sampler menu is here 🔥

And yes… the ribs are back! We’ve had a lot of people asking, so we’re bringing back our baby back ribs this weekend.

We’ve also added a few new items to the menu, including our Pork Mac and Pork & Vegetable Eggrolls, alongside favorites like pulled pork sandwiches, house-made jalapeño cheddar sausage, brisket empanadas, nacho boxes, slushies, and more.

With Father’s Day coming up, we’ll be offering sampler platters and family-style meals that weekend. More details will be posted next week, but it’s the perfect way to try a little bit of everything and a great way to treat Dad to a special meal without having to fire up the grill yourself.

Thank you again for all the support as we continue working toward opening the restaurant. Every weekend has been busier than the last, and we truly appreciate everyone who has stopped by.

A crispy fried chicken breast dipped in our sweet heat glaze, topped with coleslaw and sweet hottie pickle chips, served on a soft potato bun with Great Lakes potato chips.

We’ve got a covered awning to keep you dry while you order, and our pager system lets you relax in your vehicle while we prepare your food. In most cases, our turnaround time is quicker than many fast-food drive-thrus.
