5. Hydration: Allow the flowers to drink in water for several hours or overnight to ensure they are fully hydrated before arranging. This helps in reducing wilting and maintaining vibrant colors.

3. Final Details Meeting (1 Meeting): About 1 month / 2 weeks before the wedding, there’s often a final meeting to confirm all details, including delivery times, location logistics, and the final list of floral arrangements.
