WHO WILL WIN?!?!
As always, we’re excited to be at Sunderbruch B&B Trail Races this weekend to work and play (for a great cause)
Anyone that's been around us for any amount of time knows how highly we prioritize having fun for a good cause because honestly, what better use of our limited time on this earth? And for the past couple of years, we pitted titan against titan in our post-race race between living legends Pickle Phil and Devin Allbaugh and raised over $2500 for local charities!
So in honor of those who gulped, guzzled and galloped before them, please let us present to you fine folks...the B&B 3x3x3!
Two teams of three representing Sun Trail Running and Nonstop Race Management. In a relay format, each team member must completely consume one 16oz beer + one all-beef hotdog (and bun) before sprinting 100 meters. Teams will pick their relay order at the start and the team who has their third member across the finish line first, WINS!
$5 a ticket. 5 tickets for $20. Throw in as many tickets as you'd like into the bucket(s) of which team you think is going to take the victory this year!
100% of the money raised will go to the The Gray Matters Collective (https://thegraymatterscollective.com/). They are a local mental health awareness and su***de prevention movement that focuses its work on high school + college aged students by providing crucial resources and education through those most pivotal times in life. While this is a movement that is deeply important to us year round, in honor of May being Mental Health Awareness month we as a race will take it a step further and match every dollar donated.
We'll draw tickets from the bucket of the winning team for a number of prizes including the grand prize of $100 in Sun Trail Running credit along with several free 2027 B&B race entries, STR merch and anything else we can get our hands on. Need not be present to win the race credit/entries but for any other prizes, we'll pick names present until we give everything away. Tickets can be purchased anytime at the packet pickups and race morning up until the showdown. If you want to purchase tickets ahead of time, Venmo and indicate how you want the tickets allocated.
