We want logos. We want sponsor logos. We want brand colors. We want specific names, dates, location, maybe even throw in a social security number or two.

You can even make the templates yourself (we just provide the dimensions and you give us the final PNG file) 💯💖

Loootttttssss of inquiries lately (literally cannot say thank you enough 😭)

Wanted to share just a few quick reminders based on our most frequently asked questions 👇

💌 How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Pretty quickly! If you’re ready to book, many of our clients are booked by the next day.

📋 What happens after we book?
About 1–2 weeks before your event, we’ll reach out to confirm the details like power needs, WiFi, setup location, arrival time, and a refresher of what’s included in your package.

📸 When do we get our photos?
Your full digital gallery is sent to you via email within 48 hours after your event.

☎️ How does the Audio Guestbook work?
Guests pick up the phone, listen to the greeting, and leave a voicemail. After your event, we send you all of the recordings (each voicemail as their own individual mp3 files) in a Google Drive folder within 5-7 business days after your event!

🖨️ Do you print photos?
Yes! Photo printing is available as an add-on. If you want prints at your event, just add this to your package when booking. Otherwise all our packages are digital as a standard.

✏️ Can we change our rental time or other details after booking?
Absolutely. Just reach out! We know plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate updates. We also have an amazing client portal where you can review all your details throughout your planning process.
