We will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 a.m. and will be offering FREE live demos from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come explore our brand new cutting-edge 5D virtual reality rides, meet the team, and enter for a chance to win amazing party package giveaways. Drawings will be held at noon and 1 p.m.

Virtual Ventures will continue to offer private parties with our updated lobby featuring free arcade games for birthday parties, adults-only events, team-building events, or just a family/friends party!

We’re back and ready for new exciting adventures! 🎉

Virtual Ventures has moved to a new location and we’re officially open for business. Book online now for parties, escape rooms, and/or other experiences!

We are conveniently located at the Northpark Mall - 320 W. Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52806. Near entrance 5 (between Von Maur and JCPenney). We are currently only open through our private entrance from the parking lot.

EXCITING NEWS!!! Virtual Ventures is expanding into a full-scale VR theme park and relocating to Northpark Mall!

What’s changing??

New experiences: A multi-attraction VR theme park with immersive rides, multiplayer arenas, escape-style adventures, and a family-friendly zone.
New location: We’ll be moving our operations to a larger, accessible space at Northpark Mall to deliver bigger, safer, and more comfortable experiences.
Improved offerings: We will now be open to WALK-IN customers and open longer hours.

When??

Initial move: We plan to have our current operation moved into the Northpark Mall by April 15th. We will continue to be open for single experiences and group parties.
Grand opening: Early May (we do not have a hard date set as of yet as we wait for our new equipment to arrive). We’ll send reminders and a pre-launch booking window with special early-bird pricing.

Job Summary
We’re hiring friendly, tech‑savvy VR Game Operators to run sessions, guide players, maintain equipment, and create an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about VR, comfortable with hands‑on tech, and excel at engaging diverse groups (families, gamers, parties, corporate teams). 😄🎉
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, check them in, explain game rules and safety procedures 👋📋
Set up headsets, controllers, and play areas 🎧🔧
Run free‑roam multiplayer sessions with clear instructions and live supervision 🕹️👀
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform routine equipment maintenance 🛠️💻
Ensure safety and enforce space rules; monitor guest behavior during play 🚨🛡️
Assist with bookings, POS transactions, and phone inquiries ☎️💳
Support event nights, birthday parties, and corporate bookings 🎂🏢
Maintain clean, organized lobby and equipment storage 🧹🗄️
Provide enthusiastic, memorable customer service and upsell add‑ons when appropriate ✨💬
Qualifications
Comfortable using/learning VR hardware and PC systems; prior VR or gaming experience preferred 🖥️🎮
