This is Chef Crystal, and I'm very humbly informing everyone that we had a little mishap on our way to serve tonight at Brodie's Cream and Bean I could clean this up and make it vague and quick, but, I really can't find the words,so here it is .. That equipment on the ground, belongs on top of the food trailer. I was a complete airhead,and forgot. (We just recently had it installed)
Let's just say the low branches on a tree won today.
It is a fire safety issue not having this ventilation, therefore, we can't serve tonight. We will be out of commission until it's fixed.
The Chew Chew Crew is very sad, we were all packed up with food, and ready for a great night in Silverhill.
We apologize to the Brodie's and too our customers. and we promise, once we get back up and running, we absolutely will make this up to everyone.
We love you all so much, thank you all for your support.
I'll be hiding under a rock for a few days....
