Woodbury Falls is located in a country setting, setting outside of Danville. Our venue allows for your wedding and reception to be located at the same place! Our venue has a separate bar area and bridal dressing suite. Seating is available for up to 250

Ever wonder how reception layouts come together? 👀

What looks like a room full of tables is actually a lot of planning, measuring, rearranging, and sometimes changing the plan entirely once I see it in person.

I start with a layout based on your guest count and preferences, then carefully space and measure each table to create comfortable flow, a welcoming atmosphere, and room for all the important moments from your grand entrance to the dance floor.

And here’s a little secret: the paper layout is often just the starting point.

Sometimes a larger dance floor makes more sense.
 Sometimes wider aisles feel better.
 Sometimes moving just a few tables completely transforms the room.

No two weddings at Woodbury Falls are set up exactly the same because every couple, guest list, and vision is different.

The goal? A room that feels beautiful, balanced, and uniquely yours. 🤍

Next up in our staff series…Meet Tyler 👏

Our Venue Manager here at Woodbury Falls and quite possibly the calm in the wedding-day chaos 😂

If something is happening around here during a wedding weekend, there’s a very good chance Tyler is behind it.

From helping with setup and capturing behind-the-scenes content, to making sure the bar is fully stocked and the bartenders are running smoothly, he’s constantly moving behind the scenes to keep the day flowing effortlessly.

He’s measuring tables and ceremony chairs to perfection, cueing ceremonies, monitoring the waterfall, bussing tables, keeping restrooms perfect, taking out trashes, organizing literally everything, and somehow still managing to keep me sane along the way 😂

But honestly, one of the best things about Tyler is that he’s just genuinely a people person. He doesn’t know a stranger and always makes couples, families, and vendors feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Favorite part of weddings?
Seeing every little detail finally come to fruition for our couples 🤍

Leslie & Omir’s wedding day was one we won’t forget 🤍

From the beautiful sage green details to the fun energy their entire group brought, this was such a special celebration to be part of. Their family and friends kept the dance floor full, the laughter going, and made the entire day feel so welcoming from start to finish.

We truly loved getting to meet and celebrate with everyone who was part of their day ✨

And can we talk about how gorgeous these photos turned out?! The waterfall backdrop, the marquee letters, the florals… everything came together so beautifully.

As we kick off another wedding season at Woodbury Falls, we thought it would be fun to introduce you to some of the people behind the scenes with a little ‘Meet the…’ series 🤍

First up… the owners 👏🏼

Hi 👋

We’re Devan & Miranda and we are the owners of Woodbury Falls and probably the ones moving furniture around at 10 PM the night before your wedding 😂.

You can usually find me (Miranda) at the venue whether that’s setting up beautiful spaces, answering late-night wedding questions, fluffing linens or cleaning glitter off the baseboards 😂 There truly isn’t much around here that I don’t (or won’t) do.

Your special day means everything to me, and I never take lightly that you’re trusting us with such an important part of your life.

Devan spends most weekdays running Terry Smith-Fox Financial Planning (while also trying to keep me semi on-budget 😅), but you’ll sometimes find him after-hours or weekends right here beside me.

Most of our date nights somehow turn into moving chairs, planting trees, fixing projects, or hauling trash bags together 😂

Woodbury Falls is truly our newest baby, and we pour so much love, time, and attention into this place because we genuinely care about creating something special for our couples and guests.

We’re so glad you’re here, and we can’t wait to introduce you to more of the amazing people who help make wedding weekends happen around here ✨

Angela Rossi with Rossi Studios really outdid herself with her amazing storytelling camera skills. What a great day we had with a house full of like-minded women fellowshipping together, learning from other female business-women & breaking bread together (and if you’ve ever had Nicole’s food from MiMi’s Kitchen & Catering, you know how delectable that was!)
