I apologize if I’ve been slow responding to messages recently. I’ve tried my best to catch up with everyone, but if I happened to miss you, I’m truly sorry.

My dad was involved in a serious car accident, and over the past few weeks my focus has been with my family as life became a little overwhelming.

If you’re still waiting on a reply from me, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I promise I’m not ignoring you, I may have simply missed your message or forgot to reply.

Effective immediately, all bookings will have 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent to pay the required deposit. Any booking that does not have a deposit paid within 24 hours of receiving your pay link will be cancelled and the date will remain open for future inquiries.

We have tried to remain flexible with this policy, but we currently have 7 unpaid deposits and are unfortunately losing potential bookings for dates that are still pending payment.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to keep our booking process fair and efficient for everyone. ❤️

Happy Sunday!

As our books have nearly filled for graduation parties in May, we’re excited to offer a special weekday rate for those still looking to book!

Monday–Friday rentals during the month of May will be just $100, with venue access from 4 PM – 9 PM. (Additional $50 refundable cleaning deposit)

We do still have Saturday, May 16 available at our regular weekend rate—grab it while you can!

A friendly reminder to please use your payment link and submit payment by the due date (noted in your payment link). Dates not paid by the deadline will be reopened for booking. We definitely don’t want that to happen, so if you need to make arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We continue to receive feedback that many wasn’t aware that our party space existed, so we’re posting our overview once again to share info and push it out there!

RP Event Rentals is owned and operated by Alicia Lambert and is conveniently located at 89 Town Sq, Danville. Our space comfortably seats 55 guests, with seating available for up to 65.

While we don’t have a full kitchen on site, we do offer a microwave, coffee bar, and refrigerator for your convenience, along with a large Bluetooth speaker to keep the music going.

RP Event Rental is the perfect space for small to medium-sized gatherings and celebrations, from birthdays and showers to meetings and special events. We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained space for your special moments.

We offer 4 hour or full day rental options.
