On stage, she's larger than life... but when she sat down with these Centre students, she became part of the classroom.

It's not every day your college class takes place during a rockstar's soundcheck, but last Wednesday, that's exactly what happened for students in Dr. Shenton's Anthropology of Disney Princesses and Culture class.

Melissa Etheridge took time before her concert to connect with students in an intimate Q&A, offering her unique perspective from her experience collaborating with Disney on the soundtrack of Brother Bear 2.

Mark your calendars! Hope to see you there! This event is free and open to the public.
