Kendra was very prompt with everything in regards to helping with our mortgage. Even when she would miss our call, she always made sure to answer or call back in a decent timeframe or reached out in some other form of communication to answer any questions we had. She was pleasant and wonderful through the while experience of making up first time home owners!
