Mimi’s Kitchen & Catering is expanding the team and seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced, professional catering environment.

Available Positions
Assistant Chef
Duties:
Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
Support catering setup and breakdown for events.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow directions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Must have your Food Managers License
Dishwasher
Duties:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen floors.
Assist with trash removal and recycling.
Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization tasks.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
Requirements:
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
No prior experience required; training provided.
