The first ever STORYTIME at West Egg Cafe is here! As some of you already know, we are BIG on reading and offer our young customers a library of books that we enjoy seeing them delve into while they dine with us! Our borrow & return library has been a hit but we wanted to step it up and offer the children a fun and engaging experience they can enjoy, while also supporting local authors. After months of nourishing the idea, it’s finally come to fruition!!! We are beyond excited to be hosting our first (but hopefully not the last) STORYTIME, featuring local children’s author, Peni Clark, who will be doing a reading of her latest book just recently published, ‘Old Long Snout’. Signed copies of her books will be available for purchase at the event and all children will receive fun freebies, as well as a house-baked story inspired treat! It’s that time of year again! Our annual fall festival! Come enjoy live music from an amazing local band; Rustic Fusion. Hot air balloon rides from Horizon Bound Adventures, food trucks, ice cream specials, amazing vendors and so much more! Come enjoy the day and make some memories with us! October 11th from 11:00-4:00. Can’t wait to see you all there! Don’t forget to go until you see the big cow!
