What you see: the magic.
What you don’t: the machine behind it. ✨

Every glowing tent, every perfectly-timed lighting cue, every seamless guest moment; it’s not luck. Its logistics mapped down to the inch, vendors coordinated from proposal to install, and a production team on-site before sunrise.

We don’t just plan events. We design, manage, and produce experiences with purpose — and we’re pulling back the curtain on how it’s really done. 🎬

Swipe through to see what actually goes into making the impossible look inevitable.

EPI was so honored to work alongside Dolly and to witness the kindness, generosity, and heart behind the legend. 🫶🏼

Working with her on the Grammy Foundation, Person of the Year event was such a special moment that we will always cherish being a part of.

In her memory, we’ll be sending yellow flowers to light the way. Rest in peace. ❤️🌼🎵

The Pink Party 🩷

Hot pink. Mirrored everything. A crowd that never stopped moving.

For this corporate 35th anniversary celebration, we took over the coastline and turned it into a full sensory experience, a custom mirrored entry, a drone show lighting up the sky, a fabulous live performance from MGK under string lights, and a Pink Taco truck for good measure. Every detail, on theme, in pink.

This is the kind of build that starts as a mood board and ends as 2,000+ people dancing at sunset.

We don’t just plan events, we engineer moments. 🩷

Nothing beats creating magic in a space that already feels like a dream. We had the absolute pleasure of bringing this birthday celebration to life at one of the most stunning private homes with breathtaking views.
We transformed the space by building a clear acrylic pool cover for the main stage, framed by a chic, timeless palette of soft pinks and bright yellows.
Between the ch*****ne, caviar, and a legendary performance by Kenny Loggins right over the pool, this was the definition of cool luxury. 🥂✨

The most important part of an event is not the design.
Not the venue, the food, or the music.

It is the team behind it.

Because without a strong, strategic, and cohesive team, there is no event. They shape the flow, refine the energy, and ensure every detail is handled before guests even arrive.

That is the difference.

Grateful to have one of the best teams in the business!

What shapes a guest’s first impression? Is it the photo opportunity, the beverage service, the entertainment, the decor, the music, or the lighting?

In reality, it is every moving piece working together seamlessly through production, logistics, timing, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

At EPI, we look at the arrival experience as more than a doorway or a first step into the event. It is the moment guests begin to feel the energy, pace, and atmosphere of what is ahead.

Trust the process, because lighting and mood can make all the difference.

What a blank space looks like during setup can feel like an entirely different venue when the sun sets.

Watch it transform from day to night.
