The Pink Party 🩷

Hot pink. Mirrored everything. A crowd that never stopped moving.

For this corporate 35th anniversary celebration, we took over the coastline and turned it into a full sensory experience, a custom mirrored entry, a drone show lighting up the sky, a fabulous live performance from MGK under string lights, and a Pink Taco truck for good measure. Every detail, on theme, in pink.

This is the kind of build that starts as a mood board and ends as 2,000+ people dancing at sunset.

We don’t just plan events, we engineer moments. 🩷

Nothing beats creating magic in a space that already feels like a dream. We had the absolute pleasure of bringing this birthday celebration to life at one of the most stunning private homes with breathtaking views.
We transformed the space by building a clear acrylic pool cover for the main stage, framed by a chic, timeless palette of soft pinks and bright yellows.
Between the champagne, caviar, and a legendary performance by Kenny Loggins right over the pool, this was the definition of cool luxury. 🥂✨

We partnered with LA County Library to bring the enchanting world of Bridgerton to life for an unforgettable evening with bestselling author Julia Quinn! 👑🐝
Over 800 guests joined us as we transformed the space into a Regency-era dreamscape, complete with immersive floral design, music incredible fashion, and a captivating live conversation. 🌸💎

We just wrapped up an amazing conference in sunny Southern California, and calling it incredible almost feels like an understatement.⁠
⁠
We don't treat planning like a checklist of details. We built it as a complete experience, where every choice worked together intentionally to guide how the event felt from beginning to end.⁠

One of our favorite moments? Watching the sunset with Chicago playing all their classics. It brought everyone together and made the entire weekend feel nostalgic, before it had even ended.
