📌Advice from a Day-of Coordinator:

Be sure to ask your venue what their responsibilities are on wedding day. Do they;

• Tend to the couples needs throughout the event?

• Maintain real-time communication with all vendors?

• Set up your decor?

• Pack up your decor when the event concludes?

• Know how to bustle your gown?

• Tell your best man his fly is down?

• Cue reception entrances, toasts and speeches?

• Remind you to pay final balances due that evening?

Don't assume what any of your vendors' roles are by their job title. Ask the questions and be informed! If you find that there are gaps in services offerings, that's where I come in!

All I can say, is first and foremost, I am an advocate for you on the biggest day of your life! When you cannot be 3 places at once, I am your eyes and ears and Type A bestie 😉
