Sarah & Shan’s wedding was pure magic!

One of our favorite design choices was their stunning open mandap! Instead of the traditional 4-post style, a dreamy setup with oversized custom faux blooms from Grand Fiori and lush filler florals from Prashe was created. The results were even better than we imagined!

Marigolds were symbolic for Sarah & Shan, so we made sure they were woven throughout the celebration. We handle design in-house on certain elements, and , their planner, created some beautiful options from the custom bar and table signage, to the dance floor in their chosen colors!

Sarah & Shan truly soaked in every moment of their day, trusting their vendors and embracing the celebration. Shan’s baraat was a highlight! Dancing his way to the altar on horseback with friends and family cheering him on.

It was a real feather in our cap when Sarah was asked for advice for other brides-to-be:

When your reception colors perfectly complement the sunset shining in! ✨☀️

We loved the use of the draping florals, the softness of the linens, and bringing it all together under the clear tent. This time of day made everything look magical.

Ginger jars. Mixed shades of blue. Custom facades. We are obsessed!

From the start, Lauren’s vision was pretty clear - blues and whites with an elegant, but laid-back vibe. To achieve this, we mixed a variety of ginger jars and crystal vases with textures like light wood and wicker. She also collaborated with Papergarten on the wedding invitations and day-of stationery to create such a cohesive feel.

One of the best parts - the detail on the wedding cake mimics the floral detail on Lauren’s gown.

Swipe to see Queso’s appearance on the dance floor!

Megan paid close attention to the details of her wedding, with beautiful results. Some notable mentions were the monogram bar facades, the London style phone booth for their guest book, and the large Queso cut out! Pink and green linens were chosen along with the gorgeous spring florals, ending in the perfect garden wedding at Nasher. We loved it all. Congratulations!

For six months, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a transformation that reflects who we are today.

Why did we rebrand? Because Keestone Events has evolved, and our brand needed to reflect that. After over a twelve years of being in business, we have created some memorable weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events— locally, and around the world.

It’s about ensuring our brand speaks to the level of elevated, personalized, and professional service we provide. Our new website will be live this Wednesday, 4/16. We’re excited to take you behind the scenes of this journey!

We love when brides choose to step out of the box and add bright colors to their wedding day! Although the classic black and white will always have a place in our hearts, the addition of colors makes our creativity shine. We adore seeing guests play on the color palette too and wearing unexpected shades as well!

It was an absolute joy planning Carmen & Hugh’s wedding! The couple’s use of bright colors added such a vibrant touch, perfectly complementing the timeless and classy elegance of their celebration. We absolutely loved the little details like the Lady and the Tramp cake topper and the edible florals in the champagne tower. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Our team works incredibly hard to ensure our couples have a day that’s as close to a fairytale as possible. It means the world when that effort is recognized! Below is a quick snippet from Amy that summarizes things:

“We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful and well-coordinated everything was. Days after our wedding, I was solidified in my greatest vendor decision of choosing Keestone. Our best man was talking to my husband on speakerphone, recapping the wedding – I overheard them having a FULL 3 minute conversation on solely the topic of how great our planner was. They couldn’t get over how composed, quick, and on top of it Steph was all day (15+ hours). If even the boys notice, you can only imagine the appreciation as a bride planning for 12 months.
