-What is your favorite movie?

Sixteen Candles — it is a classic and takes me right back to the 80’s, and growing up.

-What do you do to relax?

Good glass of red wine, a great book, and soft music in the background.

-What was your favorite age growing up?

15 — old enough to learn how to drive and get my learner’s permit. It was exciting to know that just around the corner I was going to be 16 and could finally drive on my own.

-Was the last thing you read digital or print?

Print, The Friday Afternoon Club by Griffin Dunne.

-What was the last show you binge-watched?

Dan Levy’s new show Big Mistakes.

-Would you say you’re more of an extrovert or an introvert?

I am an extroverted introvert — I love to be around people, but only when I am mentally prepared and recharged.

-Do you have a favorite holiday? Why or why not?

Halloween — because it’s the one time of the year that you can be whatever you want to be without any judgement, and people just compliment your costume and give you candy.

-What are your hobbies, and how did you get into them?

I love to play video games in my free time — mostly psychological thrillers, horror, or puzzle storyline games. I just finished the Sherlock Holmes series!

-What activity instantly calms you?

Running — it’s like the whole world just goes silent and I don’t have to think for however long I am running for.

-What or who motivates you in your business?

Fun fact, I actually started my baking business when I had my oldest kid — because I wanted to know exactly what was going into my little one’s body. It helped that I have always been artistically inclined and wanted to do something with that as a career, but never wanted to sell paintings since that felt a little too personal. So I started baking, decorating, and posting for my friends to see, and then it all just took off from there. Everything I do and all of my success, I can say, is because of my kids. I do it all for them.
