When you pack all the love into lunch! Grace Cafe herbed goat cheese, rosemary crackers, turkey and cream cheese with jam on focaccia, apricot chicken salad croissants, mini cheeseboards, and macarons. Also a personality surprise in every box! Thank you to the Possum Hollow Sewing Club for letting me cater their lunch today! And love to for being a friend and client!

33 years ago!!!!
and I were room moms together for our kiddos in Kindergarten at Lakewood Elementary. We made pumpkin rolls and gingerbread cookies and milk carton gingerbread houses. We made 32 full size heart shaped cakes for each child to decorate and take home. There were St. Patrick Day zucchini muffins and coconut Easter muffins and end of the year popsicle parties! And out of these volunteer shenanigans came Grace Cafe! And then we catered for teachers, and school banquets, and served carnival snow cones and good grade popcorn and decorated for PTA socials. Now I have a granddaughter in Kindergarten at Lakewood and the circle goes on and on! I’m so grateful to for contacting me, for introducing us, and and the parents for taking care of and honoring the teachers with these special luncheons who deserve the best! I can’t wait for all the tomorrows!
And a special thanks to my colleague who worked early hours of the morning to get 96 boxes out the kitchen for delivery! 💋🍅
