A Caribou Club vibe, turned into a once-in-a-lifetime reception✨ 

When the sun dropped behind the peaks, the whole tent settled into a mood that felt warm, intimate, and unmistakably Aspen. The dance floor took on a life of its own and the entire room moved with that signature mountain energy.

It was cozy, elevated, and just a little wild....exactly how a winter night in the mountains should feel.

Our snowiest build yet and one of the most rewarding. Even as a Texans, the conditions never slowed us down. Instead, they pushed us to create a space that felt tucked into the mountains rather than built on top of them.

As golden hour poured through the tent, guests stood between sunlight and firelight, taking in the landscape while staying perfectly warm. Builds like this are why we love what we do... when nature gives us a challenge, we get to create something even more memorable.

There’s a certain kind of magic that happens in Aspen, and this reception had it in every corner. The palette was warm and rich, the textures felt hand-picked, and the bride’s own artwork gave the space a personal heartbeat.

Our structure held the look effortlessly, becoming the backdrop for leather tones, caramel draping, painted florals, and a supper-club atmosphere that felt both cozy and elevated.

We love projects like this. When the design feels this thoughtful, the tent becomes more than a structure... it becomes the room everyone remembers! 🤍❄️

Before we turn the page, it felt important to pause.

This year took us across the country and back again, into rooms filled with celebration, creativity, and people who care deeply about getting it right. We built bigger, refined our approach, and continued learning from every project and every partner along the way.

Every Sandone build starts long before we’re on site ✔️

The design plans are developed with intention, engineered around the environment, and mapped in detail before any panels are cut.

Once construction begins, that preparation turns into precision. The team makes expert adjustments in real time so every piece fits exactly as it should. It’s a level of coordination shaped by decades of experience and a deep understanding of how design and structure work together.

That precision is what makes a Sandone build different. Every sound, every movement, and every finished detail come together seamlessly.

What started years ago as a family business has grown into something far bigger — a legacy built on craftsmanship, collaboration, and the people we get to create alongside. Bringing trees from our family’s farm to Ornament Exchange felt like a full-circle moment, grounding all the creativity in something personal.
