We had an unforgettable evening of music and fine dining at on Monday, July 14. Guests enjoyed an elevated wine dinner featuring internationally acclaimed pianist—and Cliburn Laureate—Fei-Fei, whose performance captivated the room.

In partnership with The Cliburn () and Rootstock Wines (), the evening paired the elegance of Billecart-Salmon Champagne with a beautifully curated menu by Executive Chef Jett Mora and . The multi-course experience included a delicate doppio pasta dish dressed in uni butter and sweet summer corn, fried chicken served in a crispy chicken skin atop a white power made of dehydrated chicken fat, a Rohan duck breast topped with soaked cherries and crispy rice granola with a side of fennel salad, and a triple crème brie layered with Jezebel peaches atop a savory thin biscuit. Dessert featured a miniature raspberry and yogurt filled pouf of baked Alaska.

It was a truly special night for music lovers and gastronomes alike—one that delighted all the senses.
