The details didn't stop once dinner began.

A flower-filled stage framed the evening's entertainment, candlelight continued throughout the space, and personalized details gave guests little moments to discover throughout the night.

But our favorite view might be the one in the first photo: Alexandra & Kade on the dance floor with all those flowers behind them.

Because the best event design isn't only beautiful in an empty room.

When the flowers become architecture. 🤍

One of our favorite elements from Alexandra & Kade's reception was this incredible elevated floral installation spanning the length of the table.

A continuous canopy of white hydrangea, roses and orchids floated overhead while layers of candlelight filled the table below; creating an intimate space within the larger ballroom.

And seeing our bride and groom walk underneath it?

Exactly the moment we designed it for.

And then the room changed completely. ✨

For Alexandra & Kade's reception, we carried the timeless white palette indoors and let scale, candlelight and texture create the drama.

Lush elevated florals, sculptural glass candlelight, classic white blooms and layers upon layers of glowing candles filled the ballroom; while varying the centerpiece styles gave the room dimension and movement.

A monochromatic palette never has to feel simple.

When every element is considered, white-on-white can be one of the most impactful designs of all.

The bouquet deserves its own moment. 🤍

Alexandra carried a dramatic cascade of white phalaenopsis orchids; a modern take on a timeless bridal silhouette.

Against her bridesmaids' classic navy gowns, the all-white floral palette felt crisp, sophisticated and effortlessly elegant. Their petite rose bouquets kept the focus exactly where it belonged while tying the entire bridal party together.

Sometimes restraint makes the biggest statement.

For Alexandra & Kade, layers of white florals transformed the lawn into an elegant garden setting; from the lush floral arch framing their vows to the grounded florals and candlelight lining the aisle.

WE’RE GROWING 🌿

Branching Out Events is looking for a Floral Design & Production Assistant to join our team in Dallas.

We’re looking for someone who already has professional floral design experience and is excited to continue growing their skills in luxury wedding and event floral design.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the creative side of floral design but also understands that beautiful events are built through thoughtful preparation, organization, and teamwork.

In this role, you’ll work alongside our team designing and producing weddings and events while learning more of the behind-the-scenes process; including floral recipes, ordering, sourcing, production planning, and event ex*****on.

The right person is:
• Experienced in floral design
• Creative with a strong eye for detail
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced event environment
• Willing to jump in wherever needed
• Excited to learn and grow within the floral industry
• Available for event installations and strikes, including some evenings and weekends

A celebration made for her.

For this beautiful Quinceañera, we brought together soft blush, pink and ivory florals with touches of gold, crystal and candlelight to create a celebration that felt feminine, youthful and elevated.

From lush floral moments cascading along the staircase to statement centerpieces, delicate orchids and layers of glowing candlelight, every detail was designed to feel cohesive while still giving each area of the room its own moment.

And can we talk about those pink tulips? 🌷

We love that a Quinceañera gives us the opportunity to create something that feels sophisticated while still celebrating the personality and joy of the young woman at the center of it all.

Never underestimate what candlelight can do to a room.

For this reception, candlelight wasn't simply an accent; it was a major part of the design.

Layers upon layers of taper candles, pillars and votives in varying heights created an almost continuous glow across the tables. The glass allowed the light to reflect and multiply throughout the room, giving an otherwise clean, tailored tablescape incredible depth and warmth.

No oversized centerpiece required.

Sometimes luxury is found in repetition, scale and doing one element exceptionally well.

And this room absolutely glowed.

Sometimes the room tells us exactly where the flowers belong.

Rather than treating the grand piano as something to design around, we made it part of the floral story.

Layers of greenery, white blooms, rich textural elements and trailing movement cascaded from the piano and onto the stage, creating an installation that felt organic to the space.

And once the room transitioned into evening, the surrounding candlelight completely changed it again.

This is one of our favorite parts of full-service floral design; finding the unexpected places where flowers can transform a space.
