White Rock Brewing Co (WRBC) is Texas craft brewery & taproom with an outdoor beer garden offering pizza, appetizers & salads. Established in 2017 by Dallas residents Greg Nixon and Dave Kirk along with Head Brewer Blake Morrison, White Rock Brewing Co evolved from its original location near White Rock Lake, White Rock Alehouse & Brewery. The new location in West Dallas is designed & driven to pro
duce a much larger volume of craft beer to supply not only the Alehouse, but also the Metroplex and beyond. The brewery creates an extensive selection of locally handcrafted and Award-Winning brews including the 2022 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal award winner “IPO IPA” and the 2021 US Open Beer Championship Gold Medal winners “Dreamsicle Kayak” and “Dave’s Perfect Pilsner.” Sample them all in this new West Dallas brewery in the taproom, the spacious covered patio, or outside in the open, dog friendly beer garden.
