When thinking about wedding catering, aim to match the overall theme, season, and timing of your fairytale event. For example, a backyard summer wedding may call for sliders and BBQ. An early wedding may call for breakfast or brunch and pastries. Now…we love little surprises for guests, like late night pizza, chicken and waffle cones, or even something traditional and meaningful to the couple. Creativity is key, but also understanding your vibe will make for a fairytale food experience at your wedding reception.
