We’re excited to share the next evolution of THE SHINDIG.

One of the greatest joys of owning our own business is the freedom to focus on the parts we truly love—the parts that best utilize our talents and support our family and team.

After nearly two years as a food park, we’ve realized that we’re not really day-in, day-out restaurant owners. Plus, the seasonality of the venue made it challenging to sustain year-round business for us and our vendors. This pushed us to rethink, refocus, and ultimately, reimagine our concept.

We’ve come to the realization that we can best serve ourselves and our East Dallas neighbors by transitioning to a private venue and catering company.
