Dear Friends,

I hope you are doing well!

This year is especially meaningful to me as I celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Southwestern Invitational DanceSports Competition. Looking back over the past three and a half decades, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible dancers, teachers, studios, officials, volunteers, and friends who have made this event such a cherished tradition.

I would be honored to have you join me in Dallas for this special milestone celebration. Whether you are returning to the SWI family or visiting for the first time, I look forward to welcoming you with the warmth, hospitality, and outstanding competition that have defined Southwestern Invitational for 35 years.

As we celebrate the 35th Anniversary of Southwestern Invitational, we want to begin with a heartfelt thank you.

For 35 years, dancers, teachers, studio owners, adjudicators, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and families have helped make SWI a cherished tradition.

Your friendship, loyalty, and support have shaped our journey and created countless memories along the way.

We are truly grateful and look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you in Dallas on October 1–3, 2026.

We’ve watched Southwestern Invitational grow from one of the few competitions in the nation to a 35 year tradition rooted in Texas and supported by dancers from all over. What keeps SWI strong is the heart you bring — whether you’re from Texas or traveling in to join us. We thank all the dancers, coaches, families, and friends from the bottom of our hearts for your support through the years. We hope you’ll join us for our 35th anniversary, Dance Sport Series double points event, as we celebrate this milestone together.
