We are grateful to Native Son for hosting our event, as they are undoubtedly the heart of Van Zandt County. Show goes live at 6pm and we will be open all evening! Yes that means we’re opening Tuesdays from here on!

Big news! Native Son Corporate Board of Directors in New York has convened in a 12-hour-long ideation session with our key stakeholders and Art Directors and decided that we need to sanitize our branding. We’re CRACKIN ’ open a BOLD new logo with our ‘Fresh & Forward’ Industrial Farmhouse campaign!
This sleek, modern design keeps our CRACKER-crisp heritage, rooted in farm-fresh CRACKLINS and artisanal ketchup, while rolling out a BARREL of trendy vibes that nobody asked for.
We’re getting rid of that boring old classic design that is actually good and people can actually identify with and leaning into more of a soulless brand identity for people who can’t read cursive.
We’re confident that our stocks will reflect these changes positively. 😂😎😉

My go-to karaoke song is “Hey Baby, Que Pasó?” by The Texas Tornadoes, the Tejano super group that would not have been complete without accordionist Flaco Jiménez, who passed away yesterday at 86.
Flaco defined Tex-Mex music and helped share the stories and sounds of our state across the globe with legends like Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Linda Rondstadt, Dwight Yoakum, Carlos Santana, Emmylou Harris, Ry Cooder, and more.
Flaco was heavily influenced by zydeco artists and would go on to work with Dr John, & Buckwheat Zydeco, heavily influencing Cajun music and New Orleans R&B.
Born in San Antonio, Flaco’s conjunto and Tejano rhythms carried the soul of South Texas to every corner of our state, including the piney woods of East Texas, where his polkas and Spanglish anthems lit up juke joints and family gatherings. Eventually winning him 6 Grammies and a National Medal of the Arts.
This is a tough day for Texas, but Flaco left quite the legacy! Rest In Peace Flaco, one of our greatest Native Sons!
