A little behind-the-scenes update from Bryant’s Lonestar Bites! 🤠🌟
Our family’s food truck is a passion project for our family—not our full-time business. Our goal is to be intentional about where we set up, with hopes of doing 2–3 specific events each month throughout the San Antonio area.

We’re looking for opportunities like:
🎪 Fairs & festivals
💍 Wedding weekends & celebrations
🏫 School events
🏘️ Community events
⛪ Non-Sunday Church events at surrouding churches
🎉 Other special events where good food and good people come together!

And just to make it clear—this will not interfere with our personal church events or commitments. Those will always remain a priority for our family. ❤️
We also aren’t limited to San Antonio! If the right event comes along in the surrounding areas, we’re happy to consider traveling. 🚚💨

We’re excited to see where this little adventure takes us and to serve up some Texas-inspired goodness along the way!

We've been pretty quiet because a big change was in the works! Bryant's Lonestar Bites is hitting the road and moving to San Antonio. We are so thankful for the amazing support we received in Arnold, Jeffco and STL. We will forever be thankful for our friends--old and new--who supported and encouraged us through the beginning of our food trailer journey. We may be leaving Missouri but we are just getting started! More info to come.
