With attention to every detail, owners Mitzy & Rick Hidding in 2019, totally renovated the 1914 Hick’s & Oliver Building into a chic city-barn space. Renovations showcase the original brick wall, the 14’ ceilings are painted haint blue, the interior walls are wrapped in warm wood, the heart pine floors were restored to be as beautiful as they were in 1914, and the front verandah is an inviting spa

ce to enjoy a shady spot. The cozy chairs up front even look like a happy heard of cows! The custom acoustic panels turn Zazu's Verandah into a great listening room for live musical performances. They’ve built a catering kitchen that leaves nothing out and they have 3 bathrooms including one ADA. Oh…they also have an ABC License for wine and beer!
