2 positions available:

(Part time) Saturdays only landscape install crew. Assist with mulch,rock,plants,border landscape lighting and occasional sod.

(Full time) Sod / Landscape installers
Monday-Friday w/ Saturday work available, year round.

Top Pay

Paid holidays

Retirement plan

Full time and overtime always available
Must be reliable, energetic and a team player
Must have sod and landscaping install experience
Drivers license is required

Well yall, it’s been a minute. Something I learned in life, and thankfully sooner rather than later is it’s okay to PIVOT!

I took a hiatus from planning and working weddings while continuing to grow my family and our family business. Something I’ve found that I really enjoy during that time is I like teaching others and sharing my knowledge.

I’ve decided instead of just ending my time planning weddings, I’d like to share my knowledge with those who want to break into the industry and not sure where to get started.

Launching in April 2024, will be a step by step guide on how to get started and how to be successful in becoming a wedding planner.

It’s been a minute, I’ve taken a quite a break from social media and planning to focus on family and other responsibilities. I’ll still keep things on the quieter side while refocusing Southern Star Events but I am still booking a limited amount of weddings and events.

As you may have noticed, I have been a little quiet lately. Now that my Spring wedding season is over, I will be taking the summer off to focus on Kennedy, my family and my winter weddings. I will also be taking that time to re-organize and re-focus some things on the business end. Thank you for all the continued support and I can't wait to see what the next year will have in store!

The best advice I was given before I got married; it’s actually good luck if small mistakes/mishaps happen on your wedding day. Life and marriage isn’t perfect but should be wonderful and your wedding day should reflect that!
