Hi friends I wanted to introduce myself for all my new followers, I’m Caitlyn Hodges, the heart behind Flour & Glow 🌸

I started this little business while 8 months pregnant with my son who’s now 5 months old 💛 I knew I wanted to stay home with him and build something I truly love. That’s how Flour & Glow began with sourdough, baked goods, tallow skincare, and other simple farm stand goods.

We recently moved to Zephyrhills and are opening our farm stand here this Saturday! You can also still find me once a week in Fort Meade at my grandma’s house where this dream first began.
