So last year I missed a wedding….a VERY rare experience for me. Covid, however, had other plans and had me in the hospital. Fast forward to about 2 months ago and Xavier called to set up a surprise session for himself, Shaniqua and the family and some maternity photos. Now THAT is an honor and he did great…she had no idea whatsoever until they got out of the car today!

Seriously you two, what an honor and congratulations on the upcoming addition to the family. It was wonderful to have you all back at the venue today and capture some beautiful moments with your family!

I do few weddings outside of the family venue these days (Still shoot a few though!)...But, when Jaydi and Jonathan called last year, I knew this was one I had to witness. Have you seen a happier group of people...like ever? And as for Jaydi & Jonathan; are they not absolutely adorable????

Seriously you two, it has been such a pleasure working with you both. From that first dinner together until yesterday's amazing wedding day; Every moment has been amazing. You could not have chosen a better venue for your day than The Springs - Cypress. Every little thing was perfectly YOU! I only hope we captured all of the love, laughs, shenanigans enough to tell the story of your day!

This pandemic has taken a toll on so many, and couples planning weddings have all been thrown for a loop for sure. It is amazing to see how some families have worked through this in such beautiful ways.

One of our amazing 2K Reserve couples, Clara & Blake, have one amazing family who took charge and made sure they were still able to have a small, yet beautiful, wedding day on their date and it turned out so very amazing! The family’s South Texas ranch became the backdrop for a beautiful day with a small group of their family and friends and I could not have been more honored to have been there!

Clara and Blake…Congratulations to you both! You’re Married!!!! Now we keep planning for the big celebration at the 2K Reserve and we know it is going to be a party!

You are all amazing and it was wonderful to spend the day with you!
