Hey y’all. So I am sorry it’s been a minute but I was sick for a bit. Anyway let’s get to it.

I will be taking orders for sides for your Thanksgiving holidays! I may do some smoked turkeys based on interest. Being that this is for the holidays and it’s a specialized order, all orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Also these will be available only in 1/2 pan or full pan sizes. Contact me for pricing and details.

I will also be making Sweet Potato Pies and a limited number of pound cakes. Let me know if you need anything!

Hey yall! So I’ve been experimenting with a new smoker! Making BBQ, whether it’s ribs, chicken, brisket, etc is a science! I’m very dedicated to precision and giving the same product every single time! Here’s a short video of a new smoker I’m testing out to bring you the best BBQ!

Hey y’all! Happy Monday! Hopefully everyone had a great weekend! With us heading into football season, we are shifting the menu a bit. As always we will offer our signature Ribs, which if you haven’t had, I promise you won’t be disappointed! This week we will be offering the following:

🐷 Pulled Pork
🐖BBQ Ribs
🍗Chicken Wings. Our wings are seasoned, smoked then flash fried to offer a crispy skin. You can have these naked or tossed in our signature BBQ sauce.

This week's menu features pulled pork, BBQ ribs, smoked or pulled chicken, and a selection of sides, including smoked mac n cheese, hobo baked beans, seasoned green beans, and pulled pork hush puppies. We invite you to experience our excellence firsthand. Look out for our tailgate fall menu in the coming weeks, carefully crafted to coincide with the upcoming football season. I'd like to offer a heartfelt thank you to Ron Swan with the VB Resort Advisory Commission for affording us the opportunity to participate in feeding 60 Law Enforcement Officers with the Virginia Beach Police Department. It was a pleasure to provide our BBQ to my brothers and sisters in Blue. I look forward to the opportunity to do it again!
