Jody gained considerable insight while working with a large corporation within the same industry, realizing the need for a more flexible and dependable service provider, who could provide comprehensive services for an event or site at competitive prices. These insights provided the

motivation to form Event Services of GA. With his knowledge, experience, and industry contacts, Jody set out to provide one of a kind, exceptional, and personalized service to all of his clients.

Meet the foundation of ESOG, Leslie Tinsley. Leslie is our Co-Owner, General manager, and the wife of Jody!

When Jody first came to Leslie with the idea of starting Event Services of Georgia 16 years ago, she immediately jumped in and became the foundation that helped turn that vision into a reality. When you hear how successful men have made it because of the incredible, strong woman by their side, Leslie is the epitome of just that!

While Jody focused on building the operational side of the business, Leslie worked tirelessly behind the scenes handling the books, building the infrastructure, keeping everything organized, and making the difficult decisions that come with running a growing company.

Leslie is a wonderful leader who leads with both strength and grace. She is an incredibly kind, genuine person who truly cares about the people around her. She goes above and beyond to set employees up for success, and is always willing to teach, encourage, support, and provide the tools they need to grow. Her belief in others and her willingness to invest in them has played a huge role in shaping the culture of Event Services of Georgia.

Over the years as the business expanded, so did their family and the demands of everyday life. Through it all, Leslie continued balancing both the business, motherhood, and home life, creating the stability that allowed Jody to focus on operations while knowing everything behind the scenes was in good hands.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Leslie prioritizing her self care, or spending time with Jody, their kids, family and friends, relaxing by the pool with an adult beverage, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a day out on the boat.

One thing that might surprise some people about Leslie (unless you know her😉) is that she has a perfectly timed sense of humor that always seems to appear exactly when it’s needed most. There are many things that make Event Services of Georgia what it is today, but Leslie is the heart of it all. Her intelligence, dedication, and unwavering commitment to both the business and its people are felt every single day, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything she does.

Meet Nathaniel! Our yard maintenance wouldn’t be the same without him always bringing a smile and can do attitude to the job. He quite literally makes the wheels go round over here keeping everything in our yard clean and ensuring a smooth operation for us by putting in hard work to make sure all is well maintained.
In his spare time you can catch him at the lake, skateboarding, or working on anything with a motor whenever he gets the chance.
