Another fun wedding weekend in the books. We got to check out the Historic Springfield Barn, a venue that we had never been to before. Congratulations to the Binkleys!!!

Last Saturday was an adventure. We got to DJ at Alaina and Brian's wedding and about a half an hour before the ceremony at Foggy Mountain a storm came through with 80 mph winds and possibly a little tornado down the street. It knocked a tree over into a power line and we lost electricity at the venue. Luckily, I was able to switch over to an all battery powered system for the, now indoor, ceremony. We got through the ceremony and the venue was able to turn on their generator for power and we had a super fun evening, despite mother nature being a little cranky. When you hire us as your DJ, rest assured that we always come prepared with battery power and backup equipment so we can keep the party going, no matter what obstacles arise.

What can we say about about this weekend's wedding. It was cold, windy and rainy for Nikhila and Christian's wedding but they still came to party! The staff at Heavenly View was amazing. The folks at Bottles and Rockets put on a great fireworks display through the fog and Joey Del's 2001 catering knocked it out of the park. We rocked a packed dancefloor until after 1am. Congratulations to the Ravenscrofts and thanks for trusting us to be your DJ!
