SADDEST POST TO DATE:
As hard as this season has been, life continues to move on. Recently, I was given the incredible opportunity to purchase my family’s farm, the very place where it all began with The Barn at Timber Creek, the place where my kids and I reside….its home ❤️
“They say when one door closes, another one opens” and Northfield will forever hold a special place in my heart. I’ve poured so much of myself into this property and always dreamed of seeing it become something truly special but life has a way of throwing kinks into your plans and we’ll never understand!
For those who knew my dad, you’ll understand why this opportunity means so much to me. Turning down the chance to bring my family’s farm back to life after he passed away, just isn’t something I could do. I’ve wrestled with this decision for months, and I still don’t know if I’m making the right decision but I want to continue his legacy for as long as I can.
If you’ve reached out and haven’t heard back, please know I’m so sorry…it’s been a lot to process and comprehend.
With that being said, Northfield Estate is officially for sale, and I will no longer be booking future events. I will, of course, honor all existing weddings and ensure every couple’s day is as beautiful as originally promised.
This hasn’t been an easy decision by any means, but I’m trusting that the next person to call this place home will love it as much as I have. ❤️
