When you as a customer call an order gatherer to order your flowers for your loved one from places such as Sunny Flowers and other 800 places and they pass on the order to a real florist to design and deliver the order for less money, and the call comes in from a Healthcare number (see below )This is uncalled for.
1. I don’t accept these orders, that’s beside the point, but most importantly…
2. Don’t pretend to be calling from healthcare facilities so we answer the phone. Some of us have reasons where we would expect a call from a doctor or lab.
Not acceptable.
