Beautiful afternoon for a wedding, and they really threaded the needle in getting the one nice day in a week of heavy rain. This wedding is extra fun as the bride hails from Peru and the groom from Scotland, meaning a truly multi-cultural wedding with more than a dozen folk in kilts!

As we close in on our first 2024 wedding next week, we take a fond look back at the last of our favorite 2023 weddings: Sarah and Robert. These two could not be more perfect for each other. The special details including a mead toast, wooden flowers, a taco bar dinner service, and sweet Lord of the Rings elements sprinkled about, were uniquely them and led to a fun wedding for all! Congratulations again you two - it was a day to remember!!!

Another year, another BEST WEDDING VENUE in Culpeper''s Best of the Best contest! Thanks for everyone's support during this contest. Our venue has a certain authentic farm-winery charm to it and we love being able to share our 130-year-old farm with couples and their guests on their special day!

The moment Morgan and Tres told us they wanted to use the old walnut facing the vineyards as their ceremony backdrop, we knew this couple was going to do it their way - and we couldn't have loved them more for it.

From the slightly unconventional ceremony site, to driving up to the ceremony in a classic car, to serving a tower of donuts for dessert, and all the other unique and wonderful details, we fondly look back on this spring 2023 wedding as one of our favorites of the year!
