DarkStarSushi does lessons. I forgot to take pictures of the authentic ramen dish, 18 hr. pork and chicken bone broth, mixed with a 30 minute dashi stock. Real noodles, bok choy, bean and broccoli sprouts, daikon, green onions, and slow smoked pork butt. Per request, no soft boiled eggs(my favorite part!)…
