First closing under my belt for 2026! 🎉

It was an absolute pleasure helping a long time friend get their house sold last week. This house held a lot of first for this couple but their new house will hold so many more memories.

Cheers to my sellers with trusting me in selling their first home together & congratulations to the new buyer on his first home. 🗝️
